Address reputational challenges and reposition the business as a place for ambitious people who want more than just a job in recruitment.

Strategy
Create a differentiated Employee Value Proposition that presented a career at Frank Recruitment Group as a badge of honour.
Rather than soften the reality of the role, the strategy leaned into the truth of the business. Recruitment at FRG is demanding, high pressure and performance led, but it is also a true meritocracy where effort is recognised and rewarded.
The EVP needed to feel honest, aspirational and globally scalable.

The idea
We created Go Beyond, a global EVP platform built from real insight across the business.
Through in depth stakeholder interviews across markets and seniority levels, we uncovered a shared belief that success at FRG comes from resilience, ambition and the desire to push further than others are willing to go.
Go Beyond became the articulation of that mindset. It framed challenge as opportunity and positioned FRG as a place where driven people could exceed their own expectations and build long term careers.
The platform was brought to life through a hero film and a suite of internal brand assets that celebrated effort, progression and achievement.

What it delivered
Go Beyond gave Frank Recruitment Group a single, unifying story about who they are and who they are for.
It aligned leadership, recruitment and internal communications around a clear cultural message and provided a framework that could live across onboarding, learning and development, office environments and internal communications.
The EVP moved beyond words and became a lived experience for employees at every stage of their career.
